Watermelon Ice Candy

After a hot day of barbecuing, you’ll be relieved to find these ice cream treats in the freezer. If you want to experiment with different flavors, you can substitute the fruit with something else.

Servings: 6 lollies

Ingredients

230g (8.1oz) chopped seeded watermelon

120 milliliters (4 fluid ounces) of water

1 ½  tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp agave syrup

Ice popsicle molds

How to prepare it

Blend the watermelon, water, agave, and lemon juice until smooth in a blender.

Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for approximately two hours, or until solid. Leave a tiny space at the top of the mold so the liquid can expand as it freezes.
