Scrambled Tofu

This is a fast, easy and delicious recipe. Made with Tofu which is super healthy and full of protein.

Servings 2

Ingredients

1 tsp vegetable oil

1 clove garlic crushed

½ packet of firm tofu (approx. 175g)

1 tsp tahini

1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free) 

1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

½ tsp turmeric

Optional extras:

Sliced avocado, sliced tomato, sliced dried cherry tomatoes, chopped red peppers or chili, basil or kale

How to prepare

Fry the garlic in the oil for about 30 seconds until it’s lightly golden but don’t let it burn. Then grate thick Tofu and add all other ingredients and mix together. Try not to break the tofu up too much but make sure it’s well stirred.

Heat to warm through for approximately 3-5 minutes and serve immediately.
