Scrambled Tofu

This is a fast, easy and delicious recipe. Made with which is super healthy and full of protein.

Ingredients

1 tsp vegetable oil

1 clove crushed

½ packet of firm tofu (approx. 175g)

1 tsp tahini

1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free) 

1 tbsp nutritional flakes

½ tsp turmeric

Sliced avocado, sliced tomato, sliced dried cherry tomatoes, chopped red peppers or chili, basil or

How to prepare

Fry the in the oil for about 30 seconds until it’s lightly golden but don’t let it burn. Then grate thick and add all other ingredients and mix together. Try not to break the tofu up too much but make sure it’s well stirred.

Heat to warm through for approximately 3-5 minutes and serve immediately.
