Chocolate peanut butter and swirl banana ice cream

To make this banana-based, dairy-free frozen delicacy, you only need a strong blender.

Serves: 1

Enjoy this soft-serve immediately, or freeze it if you prefer a more classic scoop. For taste variations, add pieces, dried cherries, or flakes.

Ingredients

2 diced frozen bananas

2 tablespoons chocolate powder, unsweetened

1/4 teaspoon powder

3 teaspoons of smooth peanut butter

How to prepare

Blend bananas, chocolate powder, and cinnamon in a high-powered blender or food processor. As needed, scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula until the ice cream consistency is smooth and creamy. This procedure could take a few minutes.

Add peanut butter and mix briefly to form swirls.
