9 ounces king oyster mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
½ teaspoon salt

What you do:
Wipe mushrooms with a moist cloth and cut in half along their length.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, balsamic vinegar, oil, thyme, and salt for the marinade. Add mushrooms to the marinade, stir well, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take mushrooms out of the marinade and thread them onto bamboo skewers. 8 minutes per side over indirect heat on the grill, then serve hot.
