Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce of vegan butter, at room temperature
2 cloves of roasted garlic
3 minced cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley
3 tablespoons vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
1 loaf of rustic Italian bread, split lengthwise in half
½ cup fresh vegan mozzarella, sliced
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Butter, roasted garlic, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and parmesan are combined in a medium bowl.
On each bread half, liberally apply garlic butter mixture. On a baking pan, arrange buttered-side-up bread. Spread slices of fresh vegan mozzarella on the bread.
Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes, followed by 1 to 2 minutes under the broiler until the top is golden.
