Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Pecan Crumble

This delicious raw dessert will transform an ordinary night into a beautiful one. This combines which melds sensuously with the and provides a healthy dose of vitamin E, no need to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a dessert that is guaranteed to impress your guests

Ingredients:

For the chocolate mousse, combine:

2 cups avocado, mashed or sliced

¼ cup raw cacao powder

1 cup of dates, pitted

1 tablespoon bean essence or powder

For the topping of chocolate crumble:

⅓ cup raw cacao nibs

1/2 cup uncooked pecans

½ cup dates pitted

How to prepare:

For the chocolate mousse, combine avocado, cacao powder, dates, and vanilla bean in a high-speed blender until a thick, creamy consistency is reached. Place in serving dishes and reserve.

For the chocolate pecan crumble topping, pulse all ingredients in a blender or food processor until a graham cracker crust consistency is reached. Sprinkle on mousse, then serve.
