Vegan Brand Makes ‘World’s Most Innovative Companies List

NotCo a company backed by billionaire Jeff Bezos entered in the Fast Company‘s list of the world's most innovative companies. This Chilean food company creates substitutes of , meat, and mayonnaise using Artificial Intelligence to emulate flavor and texture. 

Fast Company also crowned NotCO as one of the most innovative Latin American company of 2021 for bringing its plant-based products to the mass public.

Other brands featured on this list are Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech, for creating COVID-19 vaccines; Netflix, and Microsoft.

Last year, NotCo raised $85,000,000 in its latest Series C investment round, co-led by Future Positive and L Catterton, the company used the money to penetrate the US markets launching its NotMilk in Whole Foods stores nationwide.

NotCo allows consumers to make an easy and seamless change to a more sustainable way of living. 

Jeff Bezos is one of the most known backers of NotCo's previous round and continues to invest in this excellent business.
