Vegan Brand Makes ‘World’s Most Innovative Companies List

NotCo a company backed by billionaire Jeff Bezos entered in the Fast Company‘s list of the world’s most innovative companies. This Chilean food company creates plant-based substitutes of milk, meat, and mayonnaise using Artificial Intelligence to emulate flavor and texture. 

Fast Company also crowned NotCO as one of the most innovative Latin American company of 2021 for bringing its plant-based products to the mass public.

Other brands featured on this list are Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech, for creating COVID-19 vaccines; Netflix, and Microsoft.

Last year, NotCo raised $85,000,000 in its latest Series C investment round, co-led by Future Positive and L Catterton, the company used the money to penetrate the US markets launching its NotMilk in Whole Foods stores nationwide.

NotCo allows consumers to make an easy and seamless change to a more sustainable way of living. 

Jeff Bezos is one of the most known backers of NotCo’s previous round and continues to invest in this excellent business.
