Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup sliced bell peppers

1 cup sliced carrots

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:

In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add the garlic and vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Drizzle with soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
