The las Vegas strip will get its first vegan fine-dining restaurant

This spring 2022, Crossroads Kitchen, a Los Angeles-based eatery, will open a new location in Resorts World as the first vegan fine-dining restaurant on the Las Vegas . The restaurant will feature its classic menu which includes Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, Beet Tartare, and house-made pasta such as the Tagliatelle Bolognese and Fettuccine and Truffles. The new branch in Las Vegas will also offer special menu items to impress the variety of visitors.
Tal Ronnen is the Chef Founder of the Restaurant and a New York Times best-selling author who previously worked as a personal chef for Oprah Winfrey, who named him the best vegan chef in America. He also catered for the high-profile wedding of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi in 2008.

Back in 2013, Ronnen joined Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker to open the flagship location of Crossroads Kitchen in Los Angeles as a pioneering into the fine-dining niche. Since then, the restaurant has become an icon in the industry with many celebrity customers such as Christina Applegate, Zendaya, and Joaquin Phoenix.
Crossroads Kitchen is known for its elaborate plant-based dishes such as artichoke oysters topped with kelp caviar, oven-roasted truffle potatoes, and spaghetti carbonara. Now, with the Las Vegas expansion, Ronnen is planning to have a more casual iteration. The Resorts World Las Vegas will be home to CB/Crossroads Burgers, a new fast-casual concept where Ronnen and his team will serve house-made sausages, burgers, , and milkshakes that can be consumed on the premises or taken to-go.

Crossroads is the first vegan fine-dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip they will join other eatery concepts that have been serving vegan options for several years. We have Truth & Tonic at the Venetian Resort as the first fully vegan casual restaurant on the strip where they serve JUST Egg scrambles, wraps, and soyrizo-filled tacos.
In 2021, The Venetian to celebrate World Vegan Month served unique creations such as vegan salt & pepper squid made from coconut meat at Mott32 and celebrity chef David Chang's take on vegan (from fermented chickpea miso) at his Majordomo Meat & Fish inside the resort.

Outside of the strip's major hotels and resorts, offer a wide variety of plant-based options.
