Sweet Potato Fries

These sweet potato fries with cumin, paprika, and sea salt are simply delicious

4 servings


3 big peeled and sliced sweet potatoes into fries

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic granules

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

12 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 generous teaspoon of sea salt

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 190° C/375° F/Gas 5.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, being sure to coat all of the fries.

3. Arrange the fries on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes (give them a shake halfway through), or until crisp and golden.

4. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
