Apple juice and vanilla in a gnocchi dish! You must try this one out!

Ingredients
1 apple
2 ¼ tsp agave syrup
5 g poppy seeds
100 ml apple juice
2 grains cornstarch
300 g gnocchi precooked
1 tablespoon of white wine
2 tbsp. mineral water
Vanilla
2 tsp grapeseed oil
2 tbsp. blackcurrant jam
How to prepare it
Prepare the apple by peeling and dicing it. Combine the starch and water. In a saucepan, heat the white wine, apple juice, and agave syrup. Bring to a boil the vanilla, apples, and starch-water mixture. Once the sauce begins to thicken, remove it from the heat. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, warm the canola oil. Fry the gnocchi until they are golden brown. Add the agave syrup and poppy seeds, and caramelize for a short while. The gnocchi should be served with apple sauce and the jam on top.
