International sandwich chain Subway will be adding a new vegan chicken product to its menu from next week according to reports.
Customers in the UK are getting ready for an exciting veganuary if the reports are as they say as the product is set to be rolled out next year.
The rumors say the fast-food chain will soon release vegan Chick'n Tikka Subs. An image of the plant-based tikka soya chunks was leaked and shared by vegan food UK on social media.
Vegan Food UK is an online organization sharing vegan food news, reviews, vlogs, and more. They operate across multiple social media platforms, with a Facebook group, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and Instagram account to promote plant-based foods consumption
Currently, Subway offers a chicken Tikka Sub but is yet to offer a vegan version in the UK.
At the same time, Subway is making plans to expand its vegan chicken offerings around the globe.
Right now and until January 22, customers can order the Plant-Based Chicken Schnitzel, made with Neslté's Garden Gourmet chicken alternative.
Subway's other vegan offerings include the Meatless Meatball Marinara, T.L.C aka Tastes.Like.Chicken, and vegan cheese Toasted Bite.
