What is better than a cup of hot cocoa in the wintertime. This dairy-free option features antioxidant-rich cacao powder, mixed with cinnamon and a pinch of salt. It is ready in minutes and is also naturally sweetened.

- 360ml vegan milk (I prefer Coconuts)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- Toppings (optional):
- Fluffy coconut whipped cream
- Cacao nibs
How to prepare
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Mix in the cacao powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and maple syrup. Boil the mixture, whisking frequently, then remove from the heat. Serve with a spoon of coconut whipped cream and raw cacao nibs.
