The following recipe every host must know! Rice with a mixture of dried fruits and nuts in a sweetened sauce of sesame, sugar and cinnamon. A light and super tasty dish.

Ingredients:

A bowl of boiling water

2 large onions cut into strips

12 small pitted black plums

1/2 cup halved apricots

1/4 cup light raisins

1/4 cup dark raisins

100 grams of walnuts

100 grams of cashews

100 grams of peanuts

Sesame (as many as you like)

5 tablespoons ceylon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Kurt Cinnamon

Instructions:

In a bowl of boiling water place all the dried fruits and soak for 10 minutes.

Drain the dried fruit from the liquids.

In a wide, thick pan, fry the onion in about 2 tablespoons of oil until browned.

Add sesame seeds, sugar and cinnamon to the pan and mix well.

Now add the dried fruit to the pan, and mix again.

Fry on a low flame for about 5 minutes and add the nuts (walnuts, cashews and peanuts).

Continue to fry over a low flame until all the liquids have evaporated. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Now arrange ready-made white rice in a serving dish and place the dried fruit on top, you can also mix well in a large bowl and then transfer to a serving dish.
