Quinoa and Black Bean Salad


1 cup cooked quinoa

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:

In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, black beans, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
