vegan parmesan cheese made with only four ingredients. It is wonderful and delicious on top of pastas, pizzas, and anything else you would use parmesan cheese!
Servings: 20 (1-Tbsp servings)
- ¾ cup raw cashews
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
How to prepare it
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until a fine meal is created. Refrigerate to keep the food fresh. It lasts for a few weeks.
