Parmesan Vegan Cheese

parmesan cheese made with only four ingredients. It is wonderful and delicious on top of pastas, pizzas, and anything else you would use parmesan cheese!

Servings: 20 (1-Tbsp servings)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • 3 Tbsp. nutritional
  • ¾ tsp sea salt

How to prepare it

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until a fine meal is created. Refrigerate to keep the food fresh. It lasts for a few weeks.

Vegan parmesan on top of empanadas, vegan , breadsticks, pastas, and gratins are some of my favorites. It is also a fantastic complement to vegan , and many other Italian and Mexican dishes!
