Homemade vegan oat milk chocolate

The preparation of these handmade bars is quick and simple, requiring only a few ingredients and a brief time in the freezer.

Ingredients:

For the bar:

1¼ cups chopped cacao butter

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup cocoa powder 

¼ cup agave nectar

1 teaspoon extract

¼ cup oat

½ teaspoon flaky salt

For the toppings:

Cacao nibs

Chopped nuts (such as pecans, walnuts, almonds, or pistachios)

caramel sauce

How to prepare:

For the bar, place cacao butter in a over medium heat and stir occasionally until completely melted. Whisk together melted butter and powder until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Once the mixture has cooled, combine it with agave, vanilla, oat milk, and salt in a bowl, stirring until smooth.

Pour half of the chocolate mixture into each cavity of chocolate bar molds. Sprinkle chosen toppings over each bar. Transfer with care to the freezer, ensuring that they remain flat, for approximately one hour, or until completely set. Remove from the freezer and carefully remove from the molds.
