1 green apple
4 stalks celery
1 inch of ginger root
½ stick of cucumber
½ lemon (with the skin)
30g (1oz) spinach
1 serving of protein powder (optional)
How to prepare
The apple, avocado, celery, ginger, cucumber, and lime should be juiced on a high-speed juicer.
Combine the juice and spinach (and protein powder, if using) in a blender until smooth.
