Gluten-free vegan waffles

These have a stunning golden hue and a crispy-tender texture. They are only mildly sweet.

4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan yogurt

1 cup sliced ripe banana

1 cup oat

½ cup almond meal

1½ teaspoons

¼ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons extract

How to prepare it:

The waffle maker should be preheated as directed by the manufacturer.

Yogurt and banana should be added to a blender and blended until smooth. Oat flour, almond meal, baking powder, and salt should all be combined in a mixing dish. Vanilla and yogurt-banana combination should be combined with the dry ingredients. To mingle, blend.

Pour ½  cup of batter into each waffle mold when the waffle maker is ready. Cover tightly and cook for approximately 5 minutes (time will vary depending on the waffle maker). If you notice more browning, give the waffles another minute to cook. Once ready, take out and place on a cooling rack. Use the leftover batter to repeat.
