Dinner doesn't get much easier (or tastier) than this simple, saucy pizza.
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella cheese, divided
½ pepper, cut thinly
½ sweet onion, cut thinly
⅓ cup sliced, pitted green olives
0.5 grams dried oregano
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Horizontally cut French bread in half and set both halves, cut-side up, on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread as much pizza sauce as desired over both slices of bread. Spread 134 cups of cheese on both bread halves. Add bell pepper, onion, and green olives in an equal layer, followed by the remaining cheese and oregano.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the pan halfway through, until the bread is crisp and the cheese has melted.
