Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Organic Healthy Homemade Avocado Pudding with Mint


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

How to prepare:

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
  • In a food processor, combine the avocado, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
