Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic. This simple side dish with six ingredients is sure to steal the show.

Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts, cut in half and cleaned

3 tablespoons

3 cloves, chopped finely

½ teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and toss to coat evenly. Put Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Roast 20 to 30 minutes, stirring the baking sheet every 10 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Remove from the oven, drizzle immediately with vinegar, and toss to evenly coat. Immediately transfer to a serving platter and serve.
