One of the most successful and essential soups.
It contains most of the best vegetables needed for our bodies, in addition to being satisfying and healthy.
A simple recipe for making a rich vegetable soup, great for a first course or a light dinner.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup finely chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sliced tomatoes
2 carrots – sliced
A handful of green beans
1/2 cup frozen peas
4-5 potatoes – diced
2 zucchini – sliced
2 onions – quarters
1/4 bundle of dill
Water (3/4 large cooking remover)
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder or chicken flavor
In a large soup pot, heat olive oil and fry all the vegetables in it for about 2-3 minutes. until they start to catch some color.
Add boiling water about three-quarters of the height of the pot and bring to a boil.
Cook the vegetables in the boiling water for about 15 minutes, more than that will kill the vitamins and add spices and dill (soup powder, salt, and pepper) and continue to cook for another 20 minutes until the potatoes soften.
Taste, season and serve hot with thin noodles, soup almonds, and more.
